Hotel shrivalli residency

We recently stayed in this hotel from 16.11.24 to 17.11.24. Room is good and AC is also good. Linen is also neat and clean. The location is also very good and very near to Egmore station. But the washroom is not being maintained well. Taps are very dirty and wash basin tap was not working properly. Also the tiles and toilet commode need to be cleaned properly and maintained well. Also, no toiletries are being provided including handwash liquid. Complimentary breakfast is also not being provided. But the restaurant is excellent and all the food items are super delicious.

Good place to stay. All hotel staffs are friendly and I am fully satisfied during my stay. I gave 4 star because some facilities are not there if they provide it will be really good like no drinking water, No toiletries like soap or shampoo in the washroom, etc. However it is good location which is surrounded by nice places to visit and easily accessible from Chennai green metro so you can go to other places via metro. Will go back again to stay if I visit chennai again. Thanks team. Forgot to mention, mosquitos will be there so take precautions and sometimes you will cockroaches on washroom. So if you are allergic stay away from this hotel.

Lot of maintenance needed. Food is good tasty. But other amenities are poor. The hand wash doesn't flow into the pipe. It just scatters all around your feet. This is a minor and immediately fixable. But they don't. In a function, there was no plate drop dustbin. Food plates were scattered all around giving bad impression. These people don't seem to mind that also.

unhygienic hotel That i have ever visited ,i went to this hotel as HIMT Student ,the room full of smoke smell , i will never recommended for family's, Dont pay in advance i have paid 7000Rupees for two days in advance ,i have stayed only one day when i check out they dint give my remaining money 3500 rupees, Location1.0 Worst staff behave where bad with guests ,.

We booked the hall for engagement function, and they gave us tough time in managing our event by not providing the services properly. 1. The receptionist was not available the entire time who was incharge to help us with the sound system, directions, parking and catering. 2. Backdrop decorator of the party hall started their work only 1 hour before the event and asked us to wait which led to the delay of beginning the function. 3. The lift is very small and anyone who takes stairs will end up with locked gate to party hall. The only way to enter the hall is through the lift. 4. No soaps/ hand wash provided in restrooms and hand wash area. 5. Buffet caterer was refilling the food after a very long wait time each time.

Boarded this hotel on (22/04/2023) AC is not working from morning, we informed to the front desk and they couldn’t fix the issue. We have three kids and it’s sweating a lot. Sekar who is the incharge tried his best to fix the AC issue but even after multiple visit by mechanic they couldn’t fix. I think management is not giving proper support to the employees. If they need regular customers they should do some alternative during this kind of situation. Very worst management.

Went for lunch and had meals, only kootu was available porial was not provided, apalam came while I was having rasam. Tastes very good but the service was very poor, no one cared about the glasses missing on the table. After dining I drank water on the next table...
