Townhouse 1067 ORCHID RESIDENCY Near T.Nagar

Room and toilet were not clean. The bedsheet smelled bad. AC not worked. Water was not pure and so warm. Walls were with a lot of scratches and stains. Some small n insects were there in the toilet. Cabins not cleaned properly. One old wine bottle and a dirty shirt with some bloodshed found in the cabin. Very unprofessional management Please don't prefer this hotel. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Positive: 1. Quiet area, well connected by cabs. 2. Good south indian restaurant 5 minutes by walk. 3. Room size decent. 4. AC worked 5. Toilet was clean == Cons: 1. Bed bug & baby Cockroaches on bed 2. Pillow covers were torn 3. Toilet mirror was not clean , had toothpaste strains all over it from previous visitor.. == Check in and checkout was easy. The reception accepted our ID card and scanned it and took printout themselves.

Such a creepy and fake hotel They scam all your money Never ever go to this scrap hotel They will take your money and never give room to you and try to charge 1000-1500 extra. Both receptionists are frauds and must complaint them to police. Even they don’t listen to costumer care. I please everyone to file complaint on this hotel. Also very unhygienic hotel We just went and saw rooms No doubt you will get all skin problems 🥿🥿🥿🥿😷😷😤😤😤

Spam Alert: These people refuse to accept soft copies, even though this was not mentioned in the hotel or online descriptions. They seem to be creating drama and encouraging people to book directly and ignore online bookings, which could be more cost-effective. However, they do accept soft copies when checking in directly which cost more. This seems like an unhealthy environment.

The rooms were so dirty and the toilet had a very unpleasant smell.The bedsheet and pillow cover had stains on them..Please don’t book this hotel there’s something suspicious going around…The wifi doesn’t work the geysers don’t work when asked the receptionist there wasn’t any response..The owner stays in the reception and doesn’t help with anything…DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL THERES SOMETHING HAPPENING WHICH ISNT RIGHT…

If I could give "0" stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my friend for a one-night stay, and the experience was appalling. They were assigned a room on the 4th floor, which required taking the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walking up an additional flight of stairs. The room itself was in a deplorable state: dirty sheets, a bad smell, and overall unhygienic conditions. When my friend requested a different room, the receptionist explained that online bookings or phone reservations receive nasty rooms. If this is the case, then what is the point of booking online? I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and regret making this reservation. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes serious steps to address these issues. I wish someone look into this and take necessary actions.

Worst place one can go too, have no etiquette in any order. Has no respect in welcoming guests. Adjusting a bit to make the guests comfortable In fact in our trip we were asked to cancel our booking for 1600 per night and opt for 2500 per night if we wanted the rooms, was extremely impolite and acted like they did not care about whatever inconvenience caused by them in the events of cancelling the rooms. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
