Stayed here for 7 days, it's a normal hotel with AC. The rooms were ok, AC in my room was not working properly and the staff there despite complaints nothing happened. They were not coming to clean the room either. Will suggest you another hotel at the same price in that area. There are many where you can stay with comfort. 1 thing we made at this hotel was a friend she was all 7 days and night with my family our pet a lizard and roaches.

Good.... Good facilities, Supportive staff.... Helping and Good in nature, Facility provided with reasonable price range. One of attractive thing was there is no 1200 hrs checkout system.best in the area.... walking distance from Mannadi Metro Station. 3 Minute walking to Marine Department. good behavior, Free WiFi , 24/7 running water n electricity is quite impressive.

Hotel metro palace is good for a bag packer as per the room i booked. I loved it and have been there twice as I visit chennai for my eye treatment. From the owner to the staff all are awesome. All one wants is security and trust me, metro palace is what you can count on. I'm sure I'll visit them someday..

Worst behaviour, we stay 4 people for 4 days , we suffer like anything. No blankets, TV remote is not working , we order for water bottle staffs are refuse to bring anything for us. We are non- Tamil people and we are bank officials , the way they behave really we are suffer like anything, I suggest not to book in this hotel here in thambu chetty so many other hotels are there , you can opt those ...good luck

This is ideal for any srilankan who is visit for chennai for any medical purpose in apollo hospitals. Because this is cost effective place and low living cost for food and other things.please use metro train facilities for transport and do not use tri shor or taxies.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean room and toilets. Good for a single person. Excellent room service. Please provide water bottles. Worth the money..

Good budget hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Neat and clean room. Lot of restaurants nearby.
