Hotel Thaj Regency

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and no hot water. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and my requests for basic amenities like fresh towels were ignored. The advertised Wi-Fi barely worked, and the noise from the neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel i have ever been to. Lots of bed bugs, AC not working. Very bad service with very bad attitude of workers. They charge me higher than others. Not worth the money. I'm pretty sure i can get other better hotels at the same price. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you wanna be bitten by bugs all night.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Taj regency. The reception staff seemed unresponsive and uncaring towards customers. Additionally, there is no designated parking area for long-term guests, which caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude towards monthly room occupants was consistently dismissive and irritating. Based on my experience, I would caution against booking a monthly room at this establishment.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Never believe the auto driver who takes you from the railway station telling that they know hotels with good facility. This hotel literally drains your money. I have been traveling to different places and also write the reviews of the hotels so it can be helpful for others. So I give a very bad review for this hotel. I request the owner to change the staff, or else the rating of the hotel goes down as everyone are complaining about the hotel in the reviews.

Too much bad and worst no neat and clean and staff also so rude and still they pays 750/- non ac room, even essential thunga not available like water

Great place. Been there recently for my friends birthday party. Neatly organised. Great food. Lovely and lively atmosphere. The hotel sports a modern look. It is due for another renovation. Might improve the look once again.

Staff are really rude and refuse to accept they have bad rooms and dont even give proper service, in some rooms there are bedbugs and cockroach problem but they blame us for it and demand a proof right there. Really bad place to stay and wouldn't recommend.
