FabHotel Skyry - Hotel in T Nagar, Chennai

Rooms and common areas are not clean. Electrical plugs, lamps or TVs doesnt work in some rooms. Lack of very basic amenities. Doesnt qualify it as 3 star hotel. Prime Location and service and complimentary breakfast are pros here.

If there was an 0 star I would have given. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Despite booking and paying a month in advance, my senior citizen parents were denied check-in after traveling for over seven hours. The hotel claimed they hadn't received payment from FabHotel and refused to let them check in. They should have informed us at least 24 hours in advance so we could arrange alternative accommodations. The manager was unhelpful, directing us to customer care and then walking away. This hotel does not deserve to be in the hospitality industry.

Terrible experience - we checked in at 10 PM, the staff made us shift rooms at 11 PM. Bathrooms were very dirty and not being maintained at all. We saw cockroaches on the floor in the rooms.

Rooms are poorly maintained. My room was shifted thrice as the AC and TV were not working. No toiletries were provided. Hygiene needs big improvement. Since I made an online booking the staff had no clue on The inclusions. Definitely a forgettable stay

First of all , it’s a service apartment (w/o breakfast, tea or coffee) not hotel! Pictures you are seeing everywhere are fake or copied from some other site. We went to hotel in the evening and felt terrible as we step inside the compound! It was very dark, clumsy. When we went inside the room , housekeeping person first sprayed room freshener all over , the room was stinking that much ! There were no hand towels , bath roll, soaps etc. we had to call reception for everything . Rooms are small without any view. We felt like a jail since there was no window or anything for breathing space ! Only good part about this place is location. Many saree shops are nearby. But go for another accommodation. Don’t choose this place if you’re going with family.

The surroundings of this hotel is full or pigeon wastes and you can see that in the room window. If you have wheezing or Asthma or dust allergy don’t go with this. Parking is another headache. Only 2 to3 vehicles can be parked one after the other. If we parked first the second car has to move out to take your car out

Room was spacious, well maintained and clean...Restaurant service should be added..Coffee was not good and needs to be improved..Otherwise, a pleasant staying experience

Don't try to book hotel through FAB HOTELs, as they are unable to convince hotel person, hotel persons cancelled my booking due to clashes with FAB
