Capital O Emarald Hotel Near Albert Theatres

Good rooms and all. But not a good experience. Booked a classic room, and check-in time given as 9-12 . But when reached there informed us that no rooms available. staff at the reception was irritated at us. since it's not our fault that rooms was not available, they should have treated us better. Later they issued a suit room instead of a classic room. even though a good room was made available to us, the receptionist should have treated us better. How could I recommend this hotel to my friends. I am giving two star only because of that.

I have been a regular to this hotel for the last 4 years and will continue to be...||||1. Good affordable 3 star hotel near to the Central. The location is just walkable from Central station. Also the Park and Park town railway stations are also very near. The connectivity is available to any point in the city.||2. The complimentary breakfast is very good and the rooms are well maintained. ||3. The in house restaurant offers you a very wide selection of foods and all made very tasty.||4. Clean beds, toilets and Despite being at the busiest location, the rooms are very silent. ||5. Centralised AC makes you feel comfortable at any place in the room.||6. Hot water at morning and night.||7. Excellent room service and responsive staff.||8. You can check out the room, but can still leave your luggage in the hotel security and collect it back later. ||||I would recommend anyone visiting Chennai to take rooms here. Its affordable and hassle free.

Nice 🏨 Hotel, staff also polite. Very close to central railway station Chennai. But if you book veg or non veg thali in package than taste is just average. Instead of this complimentary breakfast is good. Rest room are good and staff ready to help any time basis.

Was there on a business trip, accompanied with family. Rooms are excellent, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food quality is also good. Room service is prompt as well. We enjoyed our stay there.||||Having big, clean & beautiful rooms, Hotel Emarald offers beautiful experience for business people to stay with them. Lovely restaurant to satisfy your hunger. Availability of all require amenities at very reasonable tariff.

Hotel is very near to central station.Rooms are worth and had a pleasant stay for two days.All the services was really good. Breakfast was really good. Excellent room service and responsive staff. You can check out the room, but can still leave your luggage in the hotel security and collect it back later. I would recommend anyone visiting Chennai to take rooms here. Its affordable and hassle free.

Good budget stay near to Chennai central station.|Please do not expect much. The check inn was smooth. The room Was Deluxe room. Very small room . No place to move around. No mini bar. So over all a budget stay. Will definitely try some other place if given a choice with same price, though no specific issues. The room had disturbance as the local train track was just behind and to be fair please note during our stay period the renovation work was going on.

Reception and hospitality was good. The room was a bit unhygienic with mosquitoes and improper mats and towels. Train sounds can be heard but not in a disturbing audibility. Stay with regular room cleaning service could make the stay worth the money. The management could concentrate still more on maintanence of rooms.

Guys dont believe on website atoll. Hotel is totally different from one shown on website. Google gave this hotel 1 star and sure google is right about it. Rooms are small and washrooms are worst. ||I recommend every hotel not to book this hotel . ||My room was smelling bad so I requested its Reception people to change room. After 2 hours and 6 calls , room service person came to our room and told us rudely that they cannot change room as all rooms are same. After lots of request we got in touch with GM Mr. Elango. In starting he listened to our problem and after listening said same thing. ||On decision of checking out from hotel he started shouting on us and said he dont care about guest. make it sure we pay before check out. ||I request all travellers not to check in this hotel ever.
