OYO Flagship Flagship Vadapalani

Worst hotel experience ever. We have booked 4 rooms before day for Rs.780 (per room) on oyo app. But on the check-in day they refuse to give rooms though we already pre-booked. Later they accept to give 2 rooms for Rs.1500(per room) and also they asked us to check-out in 18hrs but we paid for 24hrs. On the last minute we dont have another options so paid for 1 room. Later they nagged us to change the room but we were in middle of the work. Rooms are not good maintained, irresponsible manager and Worst service.

Fake, The hotel is not there at this place not even a building. Also don't use OYO booking they will fool you with fake hotels like this

it deserves zero or negative rating. Oyo app has ac but ac has no power wire. I feared to stay there. vacated within 15 mins .I do not know how it is existing in oyo.

worst experience. booked in OYO and checkin was denied. we were requested to cancel the booking and asked to pay double the charge as this was their standard. we were stuck at mid night. The hotel manager was not ready to pick up OYO teams call after the complaint was raised to them. We were said that this property would soon be out of OYO listing as they had multiple concerns on them.

Very very Worst service he talking very rudely Almost 5 property having this person all are near by only don't book near by rooms because everyones that person only we booked Oyo flagship flagship vadapalani but he giving room for all in prince park it's a worst room so pls don't book this property

Don’t book this hotel… The worst hotel I ever stayed… snatched 500₹, as booked room was not available and upgraded room.. But I am damn sure that they gave me the same room.. The room was filthy, flush not working, no TV /AC and full of cockroaches.. Never expected such an experience from OYO.. feeling cheated.. filing in consumer court for the betrayal..

Very worst experience in the Oyo and hotel I booked for morning check-in and i informed to Oyo also ... But when I went hotel they saying check-in is 12am to 12 pm ... Charges also very high ... Pls don't believe his app and all.. u want book the room so u directly n book.. all app are making money ... And we r foolish to follow this ...
