NillRooms extremely bad, walls pealing off, sheets and pillows stained, no room service and very arrogant staff and manager with no manners and don’t know how to talk to customers. They don’t answer calls and argue when you go to the reception. No towels, water and amenities as mentioned on the online portal. Over all this is no place for families! Only for couples who want rooms for an hour or so for 100rs. During my stay I saw a number of couples coming by the hour. This is a place probably only for the desperates. I’m surprised OYO is tied up with them!!!

NillMy friend and I are from Pondicherry, and we booked a room at Flagship Sea View Inn via the OYO app for around Rs. 600. However, when we arrived in person, the receptionist asked us to pay in cash once again, stating that they were not accepting online reservations. Despite booking an AC room for Rs. 600 on the OYO app, they insisted to pay Rs. 1600 for a non-AC room. The receptionist was very rude, listing several reasons to avoid us from staying there. Also he mentioned that people from Pondicherry were not allowed, a statement I had never encountered before. We had come to Stanley Hospital for treatment and were exhausted at that time. After a lengthy argument, we decided not to stay and requested a refund, but they refused. The OYO app description for this hotel says that the online payment made was non-refundable fee, leading us to confirm that they were intentionally reject online reservations to steal the money. This appears to be one of the biggest SCAMS happening nowadays. I took a video while conversing with the rude hotel staff. Because of the file size, I couldn't directly upload the video. NillI booked a room via OYO but no use, the receptionist denied check in with OYO booking saying that he lost mobile so he cannot verify booking details. I called OYO customer care but even they could not help me check in. After travelling for long distance who wants to fight at the counter at new place. I travelled 500kms so I had to take room by paying extra amount. They show very less price online but they collect 1200 otherwise they will make you stand untill you pay it. They don't provide towel, soap, shampoo everything you have to buy from outside. There is no TV, no Telecom, No pillow covers no blanket. I had to go downstairs two times at 9pm to ask for blanket. The washroom was very dirty. Whoever is coming from long please don't opt this hotel. I don't know why OYO is not withdrawing tie up with them.

NillMade booking for 3 rooms, 6 guests via Oyo rooms and through Make my trip. In the name of Harish Ahuja by Gaurav kumar Bansal. Amount was paid in advance and rooms were confirmed (both via voucher and called to check with the hotel). Arrived with 6 people and took luggage to the reception. They denied the rooms directly and refused to give the rooms. When we asked multiple times, the guy asked to pay 1700 per room in cash N then he can handover as Oyo room bookings are less profitable. Also only 1 room available. Called Oyo rooms, they confirmed booking but put on hold for 44 minutes. Called make my trip and same situation for 40 minutes. Terrible experience, all guests had to leave. Please avoid booking.

NillWe did online booking but they told us that no room is being booked, no matter what, tell us the price of your hotel room, they told us that a non AC room will cost Rs 1600 and a room with an extra bed.After that we started making full payment, I paid 1600 rs, then we told them to give us a bed which was taken but they refused to pay 300 rs and they will get an extra bed, and they started behaving so badly with us like no one else. don't even do anything to animals. The whole hotel staff was laughing at us, everyone started laughing, I did not take the room but I came to Chennai for my father's treatment, I also told this person to him but he said that this will not happen where I am sleeping so go to his money. I don't want to take the room and told him that now the money will not be refunded to you, go away, then I gave 300 rs and paid the amount, and said give the towel and give the receipt of the bill, he said, I will not get the bill and the towel is not kept. I have never seen such a bad experience and such bad behavior before.The entire hotel staff is a cheater, such staff is enough to send any business to hell, I even filed a police complaint against the entire staff, but Papa said that it was just a matter of one night, let them be punished for this meet god😓😞 Owner ka reply dekh lijiye sabhi ko kewal copy paste karta hai Sab ke sab chor hai sale😡😡😡😡😡

NillNightmare. Horrible. Online Reviews Given by Hotel staff only. Denied check-in when i reached hotel at midnight. Travelled all the way from 200kms and despite active booking, checkin was denied, Stating unavailability of rooms. Arrogant incharge misbehaved and advised me that i should have called him on his personal number to check rooms availability prior visiting (his number is not listed in oyo website against the hotel contact). Nightmare. Worst experience. Thank god i was not with my family. Please remove such hotels from your listing oyo, who are defaming your goodwill. And provide me a resolution. I have been issued a refund, that comes in 7-14 days. And i had to pay 2-3 times of the rental to stay elsewhere, the night.
