Hotel Kings Park

Room was very neat and clean. The staffs very humble and provide good hospitality. In sanjay restaurant the food is excellent, hygienic and they use groundnut oil that was excellent.

Worst hotel in kodaikanal with bad service .We went here for booking two rooms and staff at reception told room is available for Rs.4000 without breakfast and he shown the ordinary room and we went back to take luggage from carvand came the manager told room charge is 5000 and we told your staff told less amount before and he stared angrily to the staff and finally he agreed for 4000. For the breakfast we asked for option to pay at restaurant and he agreed.Next day 8am we went to restaurant the guy who standing there told they cant give breakfast to the customer those who didnt booked with room.We can go to outside hotel.we complain this to manager and he told sorry to us and he is helpless to give a solution. He didnt give basic room accesories like towel, soap, dental kit etc. One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life.
