Room was pretty good and neat. We had 24*7 hot water supply in bathroom. Moderate restaurants are available in walkable distance (30 - 50meters). We had very pleasant experience during room stay. We had good quality LG smart TV in our room. Balcony view was pretty decent.

The rooms are spacious and warm. One can enjoy the views of mountain cottages. Behaviour of the staffs (specifically receptionist and security staffs) are very homely. They maintain nice gesture with a face full of smile. One can access necessary services like lounge and washrooms even after check-out. It is a good place for people who want to make the trip cost effective and want a reasonable place to stay.

A value for money hotel that has stuck in a loop of time at least for a decade. I remember staying at this hotel long back. But the name was different for sure. It seems this hotel was built by someone else but the current management is trying to mint money without spending a penny on maintenance. In terms of the location it is well placed at a 5 minutes walkable distance from the lake. Rooms are spacious and clean. As water bottles are not available to purchase because of the plastic ban, they should place chargeable drinking water in the room and not free tap water in the corridors. The staff is well behaved. The manager is a gentleman who takes care of guests very well. Overall a good experience at the hotel.

The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the manager is experienced and attentive, which really makes a difference in the overall experience. The parking space is ample, and the hotel offers a nice view from the rooms. The breakfast spread is good with enough variety to start your day well. I also appreciated the well-maintained lobby, which creates a good first impression. One area where the hotel can improve is the cleanliness of the rooms and corridors—a little more attention here would take the stay experience to the next level. Overall, a great place with a welcoming team.

Had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The rooms, breakfast, washrooms were above average and was worth for the money. Shout out to the staffs who very much cooperative throughout. All in all had a great stay. Thank you.

The stay was an absolute pleasure. Top notch hospitality, very clean, renovated property. Mr. Clinton would take care of every small thing needed. Room has smart TV. Excellent hotel and reasonable tariff. Must recommended

This is a recently renovated hotel,which is very near to the lake and to nearby attractions. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and location is easy to access.Food is awesome as well as the service. Mr Balu - the manager is very friendly and cater to the needs immediately.would love to visit again...perfect place for family,kids,elder parents or gang of friends.

The rooms were good, but the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as dress holders, toothbrush, and toothpaste — which is disappointing given the high room rent. We booked two rooms: ours had bath towels, but our friends' room didn’t receive any. Room service was good, but we faced major issues with the internet connectivity. The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall I would give 4 out of 5.
