FabHotel Rajathi Holiday Peak

The rooms and surroundings are clean, but the service is extremely poor. The man at the reception behaved very rudely with guests. They demanded extra cleaning charges, and if anything was damaged by mistake, they were confrontational and challenging. If we booked an outside vehicle for local travel, they got frustrated and shouted at us to use their own service. Even worse, if we raised our voice against them, they threatened us by saying they would block us and not allow anyone to leave. Overall, I had a very bad experience during my stay.
