Spring valley retreat kodaikanal

it's within easy reach from kodaikanal bus stand and building is beautiful architecture to see and all rooms are ascending order with a private balcony and toilet are very clean, hot water is available 6 to 11, 24 hours wify and the receptionist and working peoples are very friendly. the balcony offers a spectacular view of the mountain and cityscapes.. the food is very delicious and affordable price which served by them.. they offer at a very cheap price compared to other places..overall, everything is good worth to stay.

Rooms are beautiful and vibrant with a 360 degree valley view. The food is home cooked, easily affordable and tasty.The cooking lady prepared delicious food on all 3 nights of our stay. The staff are overall helpful except the manager. The manager needs to be more considerate & polite towards the customers and not arrogant and deceitful. He was particularly rude & irritating and kept calling and pressurising for 9 am checkout and would also repeatedly call multiple times for food orders.

Such a pathetic room service. Wanted a nice vacation ended up being a nightmare. Such an indecent behaviour from so called manager and retreat supervisor like disconnecting the cal while talking. Promised camp fire and it’s not available. Timings for hot water was never mentioned to us and in that time frame also there was no hot water available. In return we have been asked to adjust. NEVER come here even by mistake. Pls choose to stay on roads rather than here.

Please buy geysar for hot heater. Than giving water in bucket. No Towel we’re given in one room No internet in yav in one roo

Hotel stay was very good. Staff was incredibly friendly.Rooms maintained in good way. Food prepared by hotel was very tasty.. surely best stay in Kodaikanal with affordable cost.

The worst experience in Kodaikanal ever. Horrible service. There were three service providers who apparently behaved so unprofessional and we felt really unsafe. I booked through an application and unfortunately couldn’t get refund. The property total outlook was truly different than how they portrayed on the application.

Nice place to stay.. but a little off-road to reach this place. The water issue is there you should call the room service to switch on the motor for water every time.
