Very worst place to book rooms. They will Call you the very next day to cancel the rooms with very simple reasons like no water available no space or something like shits. They don’t even provide any other accommodation they simply call to other hotels and ask availability and ask us to pay extra amount as if we are canceling the booking. Please don’t encourage this kind of room stays to anyone. Totally waste of investing our money , time on this place.

Positives: 1. Location is pretty good 2. Rooms were clean Negatives: 1. No reception. Staff stays 2km far. He responds to the call on time but get things actually done slowly and that's due to the distance. 2. We ordered food, he told us we will get it delivered within 1hr. However the food delivery partner never turned out left us to cancel the order after a non reasonable time of 2.5 hrs. 3. No enough utensils provided for cooking for example Kadai, Frying Pan etc are missing. 4. On arrival no towels, enough mattresses were provided. They don't even provided soaps and shampoos in the toilets. It seems the homestay is run by a big hotel chain 'Happy huts' but we felt they have a very little knowledge on running homestay and services to these set of clients. Overall, the homestay was below standard at a very high rate. Consider this with all its negatives and for its spectacular views.

We booked this property and followed the google map location. There no exist a place like that. Staff dint pick the call. Would suggest calling them first and get the location and then think of going there.
