I guess the reviews posted here as 5 star, All have been posted by the resort people. One of the worst resort in terms of service they dont have people In place to service . First of all there are no staff at all. Some outsider will come and arrange the rooms . And they don't have any protocol nor procedure. Simple waste of time even to review about this resort . Simply waste of money and you will loose your holiday mood and u won't be relaxed . Please don't use this resort .

Spacious and comfortable except the water. Couldn't use water properly for bathing purposes. One person 2 buckets is the maximum both for toilet and bathing purposes. We asked for tea and it was very bad. We asked for 9 teas and on the next day 6 teas. They charged almost 300₹ for asking extra 4 paper cups. I am not satisfied and they asked my husband to give Google review, he just opened his mobile. But the main the receiption, he asked my husband to give the mobile and he himself gave 5 stars. It's not worth giving 5 stars. Worst tea, toilet was bad, bedsheet looks like some couples used it and I don't wanna mention more. We didn't had time to look for other hotels so managed to stay in this hotel. I didn't liked the man who tried to use my phone to give 5 stars. It's not good to touch others phone without their permission. This hotel I would say below average. I edited this review after reaching home because that man in reception made me give good review and asked to show my phone to him. What's this behaviour?? It's not good.

A Nightmare stay : Avoid Le Grace Apoorva Residency, Kodaikanal During my recent stay at this homestay in Kodaikanal, I encountered several significant issues that made the experience far from ideal. Here’s a breakdown of the major problems: 1. No Wi-Fi in the Rooms: Despite being advertised on Agoda.com as providing Wi-Fi in the rooms, there was no such service available. This lack of connectivity was both surprising and inconvenient. 2. No Mixer Tap for Hot Water: The bathroom did not have a mixer tap for hot water, requiring us to manually mix hot and cold water each time we needed it. This setup was impractical and time-consuming. 3. No Shower Outlet: The absence of a proper shower outlet in the bathroom made it difficult to bathe comfortably. 4. Unclean Surroundings: While the room itself was clean, the surroundings and pathways leading to the room were not well-maintained. This lack of cleanliness detracted from the overall experience. 5. Not Recommended for Families and Couples: Given these issues, I do not recommend this property for families or couples seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. 6. Lack of Basic Amenities: They did not provide basic toiletries such as bathing soap, toothpaste, or other essentials, which added to the inconvenience. In summary, our stay at this homestay was disappointing, and I would advise others to look for better alternatives in Kodaikanal for a more comfortable and hassle-free visit.

Don't come here by looking at the 5 star ratings. Your holidays will be ruined. No staff, no professional behaviour, worst rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, broken furniture, dirty pillows etc. Basic things like towels, hot water are also not provided. It seems this hotel might have got many paid ratings.

The deluxe rooms did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was unavailable during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom was unhygienic, and we noticed spider webs in the room along with damaged paint on the walls.The man in the reception is working hard to get positive reviews by forcefully asking to put review in front of him 😂
