The staff at ST KODAI HEAVEN STAY were fantastic! They made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. Hotel staff were friendly and available. The hotel check-in was a breeze. We were in our room within 10 minutes of arrival. Stayed here during a weekend. It was packed, but the staff managed well and were always helpful. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The overall experience is awesome.
