Please don’t go to this place if you want to enjoy with your friends… you can choose this if you want a room just to sleep. It’s completely a scam. We’ve booked the room through agoda app which showed there is free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. But the reality is completely opposite. WiFi will be available only in reception area with poor connection. No complimentary breakfast and They won’t provide drinking water instead they give water bottles and charge for them. Please don’t ask any tea or coffee from them. They will charge 20 rs for very small cup of hot water and say it is a coffee. The restroom taps were not working properly,even after complaining they didn’t fixed that. I would rate this place 1.2/5. Please confirm all the services available before booking this place.

I booked this hotel as the cheapest deal in Yelagiri from ClearTrip. Bit apprehensive based on other reviewers, so prepared myself mentally. I mainly went to unwind away from city. The caretakers/housekeeping staff were friendly and listened to their old amusing stories. They had a bicycle in their premise, which I took for a ride around the Yelagiri lake. The highlight was the food - the maid cooked traditional south indian food, which was close to homefood. Overall i enjoyed the stay. It was not luxurious but was a very economical place to unwind.

Location is good and easily accessible, rooms are quite small complimentary breakfast not provided, not even a water bottle was provided at the time of check in. Need to improve cleanliness.

Worst Accommodation ever. Mentioned aminities were not provided and the service was very bad. No rooms were clean and bathroom taps were not working. They charge you extra for WiFi, firecamp, water, food and etc. I would recommend not to waste money here and prefer someother good place else nearby.

Been there with a cousin. Booked a doubleroom with terrace(it's a trap) - having steel sheet ceiling which wasn't in pictures - was burning inside by the time we reached. Took the Classic room(which costs less but owner didn't agree to adjust price of booking). Felt like we were staying at their expense. Absolutely arrogant 🐕, the owner. Having fun writing cons of this place..😂 1. A huge heater hanging on a broken buckle💀 and stays there cuz of a bulb holder(pics attached) 2. No bath kit.. wtf🤷🏻‍♂️. When asked for soap, the roomboy told that we can have it if we buy dental kit for ₹20😂 crazy af. 3. FREE WIFI. But only at reception lobby🤣. . . Yelagiri is a recommendable spot💯 but only for a day. Don't plan to stay unless you have other plans.

Not suite for family even for bachelors Steel sheet room - room pic in agoda app is different compared to what they provided. full of blanket worm - room full of blanket worm and lizard shit on bed unhygienic toilet - toilet flush is not working and lid are in brown color(dirty) spit all over the wall. Dirty pillow and bed sheet. Irresponsible behaviour - when we ask those things they response were bad simply telling us to check out and look somewhere.

(IT IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL,, IT IS YOUR RISK TO STAY THERE.)Actually, this hotel is not capable for giving that one star review also, And very very poor service and there is no basic hygiene also,infact there is hair in the pillow sheet, the main thing is the TV is not working and the floor is not properly cleaned, though heater was there hot water was not available . It's not worth for the money .Simply waste!!!!

I even won't give one star I given star just to post my review then only I can post review for this resort very very very very worst experience bad accommodation even they won't give u a water, the room is not properly cleaned , the heater is not working even the current is not there for nearly full day we came with a family with 6 months baby even there is no proper current
