Tsr Vivitha Grand

I went to Vivitha hotel with my family for lunch yesterday. They have big list of items in their menu for lunch but they said they serve only ‘South Indian meal’ item for lunch so this is not 5 star restaurant ( they served only normal meal). It took a while to get food. Only 1 old man serving food. Definitely this is not an option to go for food.

The person at reception did not accept agoda/goibibo booking. He said that room is at 3500/- per night including breakfast and taxes... At the time of payment he said that taxes and breakfast will be extra. Full of arrogance. Don't stay at this hotel.

Well-maintained rooms decent location. Only one request for early morning checking: if they give a better price, it will be good; the full amount needs to be corrected. Thanks Krishna

It’s a new establishment hotel. Actually my tour agent change to this hotel last minutes which I was a bit nervous initially as it’s first time for me to this hotel. Anyway they done a good job . The housekeeping sister’s Mrs Karupuravalli, Dheepa & Venda are very helpful . The room was spacious and its look clean . It’s near to Tiruannamalai temple .Even the reception bro Siva also help us a lot . Overall a nice stay and I’m really enjoy as all of their staff are very friendly and treat us as a family members .A small favour on the complimentary breakfast as it’s only combo meal and the service was not that expected . The environment was not that good as near to kitchen as all the smokes cover the restaurant. A small request as most of the Hotel did not provide a proper place for the driver to stay and rest . After a long journey of drive they need a proper rest so pls look in this to provide a good place for them to rest and drove us safely . Thank you

New establishment. Spacious and clean rooms. Slightly pricey but well worth it. Would be great if room service is provided but the attached restaurant where we had complimentary breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

Had lunch at this place, good taste, satisfied, issue happened with my car parking, someone parked car in-front of my car, told my driver that he will go in 5minutes, we waited/ wasted 1hour for that person. Hotel management least bothered on car parking at there place, no dedicated security guard for this, 1hour time wasted due to this incident.

rooms were well maintained top notch in cleanliness and it is very near to temple distance is 1km. spacious rooms and clean washrooms was impressed me alot. staff were very friendly

Clean and new hotel. Honest and friendly staffs. Some progress are still in place as it’s a new hotel. Staffs are accommodative. Location wise. Thanks to all the staff (front desk staff, clerical workers and restaurant staffs) who took care of us.
