The property is an year old, rooms are maintained well, with AC and wifi is good. Room service person Selvaraj, Pavan/Karthik at reception were good in arranging our travel, food needs locally. Located centrally and not congested. View of Tiruvannamalai and temple gopuram is very nice during night. However, the hotel management should look at providing water filter at reception area with hot, cold and normal water apart from one mineral water provided per day. Dustbins to be checked as the feet operated technique is stuck.

I had an excellent stay at Fortune Residency. The location, amenities and service was outstanding. The temple view from the hotel was breathtaking. The behavior of staffs were very friendly and cordial. However, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and the pricing was higher for the occasion is what I feel. Overall, I had a good experience while my stay in the property.
