Ramana Palace

I had such a wonderful stay and am very grateful for Selvakumar and the lovely people working at Ramana Palace. I stayed for 5 nights and would have loved to been there longer as the room was perfect and in a great location. My room was on the top floor with a view to Aranachala Hill, and there is also a great rooftop with the same awesome views.

Nice room.. charges ~₹2500 for 2pax.. he offered it for ₹2000 as I was alone.. AC room with attached bath.. photos provided. Check in- check out is 1200noon

We booked 2 rooms on January 1st, 2024 for the Feb full moon night stay. We paid Rs. 2000 in advance. As we want one extra room for our friends, we called 22nd, Jan to check if available. We were shocked to know that the management has allotted all the rooms to the foreigners for the whole Feb month. They didn't even have courtesy to inform us. As we called for an extra room, we came to know this. we were very disappointed about their response on the same. They refunded our money today after so many reminders. We stayed in the same hotel last year and we were satisfied in their hospitality, cleanliness. Was it the money matters not the people?

It is not guaranteed that If you have booked by phone or online even if you paid. They give it to someone else whoever pay more money than you and You will not be informed about cancelation of your booking. It is kind of cheating.

Very well maintained. Feels like a 2nd home. Reasonable price. Better than many properties in Tiruvanamalai. Had a pleasant n safe stay here.
