Rooms are not maintained properly. Bathroom tabs are worst and not working properly in my room stayed today. TV not working. For the amount paid as rent it's not worthy. Sorry

Rooms are ok but they charges as per situation lift doesn’t work properly,they have restaurant,I like there’s darling tea shop attached to this hotel budget friendly

Hotel is good for families with clean and spacious rooms and is very near to Arunachalam temple. Hotel has restaurant which serves all cuisines

The level of customer respect appears to be lacking, particularly towards individuals from other states (uncertain if this applies universally). Staff behavior is consistently rude, and the services offered are disproportionately expensive. While the rooms are somewhat congested but manageable, the state of the bathrooms is unsatisfactory. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for families or tourists.

Worst response. I have confirmed the booking through phone and also asked whether payment to be made during the booking itself. But they replied that payment can be made at the time of checkin. On the day of journey, I have again reconfirmed with the hotel and they also acknowledged with increased the room rate from Rs. 2500 to 3360 for inclusion of breakfast.. Before two hours of checkin . They again called and told room not available This is the worst behavior of the hotel staff.

The hotel staff were really unprofessional and rude. I had a situation where they claimed my room, booked online, was non-AC and demanded more money. They even showed me a fake Expedia email, even though I booked through Agoda. It's making me question the integrity of this hotel. I think Agoda should look into this and maybe remove the hotel from their listings since others have also been tricked in the same way."

We have booked 2 rooms for 5 (3+2) a day before and got confirmation. Even they have checked with us few hrs earlier to our check in time n we have reconfirmed our stay. But they are lying and not sticking to their words when we reached. Don't book over phone. No ethics only business n no respect
