Sangam Hotel Hayathnagar

This review is just about the restaurant present on this hotels first floor. Restaurant is comparatively a small one with moderate ambiance. Food is priced less when compared to other restaurants. Food tastes good. But we were served salty Chicken Biryani. I think that was our bad luck🙄

I recently visited Sangam Hotel in Hayathnagar with my family for dinner. While the ambience is quite nice and the service was good, the main attraction—the food—was a bit disappointing. We tried their soups, chicken starters, and biryani, but everything felt below par in terms of taste. The flavors were just okay and nothing really stood out. If you're in Hayathnagar and looking for a budget-friendly place to eat, you could give it a try. However, if you're after a truly flavorful meal, this may not be the best choice.

**Subject: Payment Issue and receptionist Response** Recently, I visited the Sangam Hotel during lunch time. After having my meal, I was asked for payment. I requested a swipe machine to make the payment via credit card, as I had neither cash nor UPI available. However, the receptionist informed me that they only accept cash and UPI, and there was no swiping option. I mentioned that it is their responsibility to inform or display payment options in the hotel so that customers are aware before ordering food. The receptionist then began arguing, telling us that it's our responsibility to inquire about payment options before eating. What a response from your side! 👏🏻 Most of the customers in any where will not ask the payment methods they ask price of a food before having it. unless and until its a kirana or small scale Shops. If really want to run a successful hotel, ensure that customers feel welcomed and want to visit again.

The food we had Paneer Butter Masala was good and Chilli Egg was good.. Complementary sweets are also given.. V good Ambience and Melodious Music! Best place to dine in and around Hayathnagar

We got a mutton biryani take away ..very disappointed to see no meat at all , completely filled with bones ..when you charge the amount be faithful ..takeaway does not mean you can give rubbish to customers..reviews will definitely reach people if not today but tommorow definitely.

Bakwas mutton biryani , I have never eaten in my life. Such a faltu biryani . Never try to attempt to eat biryani at Sangam . Trust me you will lose interest in biryani.
