Had to book this hotel as it is closer to my exam centre. I had booked an AC room but was given a shabby ,unclean ,Non- AC room ,used dirty towels and linen. After demanding multiple times,they gave me an AC rooms but still hygiene remains an issue. No towels are given and the bedsheets are stained . There is no window ,it feels claustrophobic.
