OYO HOTEL OUTER INN

Beware! Total Scam I booked 2 rooms at this hotel through the OYO app and paid the full amount upfront. However, when my guests arrived to check in, the hotel staff claimed the rooms were not booked and demanded an additional ₹1500 per room. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam. I trusted OYO’s platform and this hotel to provide a hassle-free experience, but it turned into a nightmare for my guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Don’t fall for their tactics!

The worst experience I ever had. I booked the hotel online and after I went there they said no room was available and the man said that if I pay 1800 per room he can provide room. Even the management was rude and did not provide any room.

I booked a room through MakeMyTrip and paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived, the hotel management asked me to pay an additional ₹550 for the room. The hotel staff was very rude, and there was no WiFi facility as promised. Please do not choose this hotel you will regret later.

Fraudsters alert! I booked the hotel room in Oyo and paid online, but when I checked in they demanded for additional ₹1000, I ended up paying 600 extra over the already paid for booking through online, if not for my immediate need I would've never stayed in a scammers place

Don't book it. Terrible experience with hotel owner and Oyo customer care. They both booked but did not accept the booking last minute. Tried to charge me 2k instead of 800 which was the actual charge which they promised.

My booking is completed in oyo i payed full amount but first he sayed no rooms available but he will ask extra 500 for room I'll payed 500 then he will give room pls don't book this hotel I asked the hotel management he was bad answer me "em pikuntavo pikopo like that so don't book room in this hotal

Keep some pics of your hotel in Google maps and it not looks from the road side and also keep your advertisement boards in road side so people can see the hotel and keeping the pics of your hotel rooms the people will get attracted so solve these small small things that's it. and I cant see the hotel from road side if it's available please ping me I wanna experience the hotel once
