OYO Flagship RBS Residency

I came here as a guest, so I didn’t know anything about the hotel. My experience here has been so terrible that it compelled me to submit a comment, as I don’t want anyone to choose this hotel at any time. I have read all the reviews below, and everything remains the same. I noticed OYO’s responses, which are just cut-and-paste replies saying they will improve, but nothing has changed. Even worse aspects are the service and maintenance. The staff here are terrible; they don’t even try to fix things. They lack cleanliness standards and make no effort to improve. If we ask for something 3 or 4 times, they respond offensively. I wish OYO would stop supporting this type of hotel, as it affects their credibility.

rooms are good. bed sheets were not that clean. parking is a big big issue. water flow in bathroom taps is very slow. all bath rooms did not have geyser, although arranged water heater. also bathroom taps have some shock when hot water is turned on. seems like earthing issue. rating this good as this was close to the wedding venue, which saved me time commuting. staff was co-operative and nice. if they would wear face masks all time that would be even great.

The very first thought came into my mind after check-in the room is Disgusting, absurd. The maintenance is low key and there is no attached bathroom for my room. The management looks careless for what they are doing, and there is no lock provided for my room. The bed sheets looks like they have washed for last summer. I love to give zero rating, but there is no such option provided.

my observations: 1. no attached bathroom for my room (most of the rooms don't have) 2. no cleaning and bed sheet looks bad. 3. after occupying room, some service person came and started servicing for more than 2 hours. they didn't even change my room. 4. basically i opted this oyo as it is too near to exam center at nacharam. factually, i made very big mistake, secunderabad is easily connected to this exam center with n number of bus services. 5. in view of food, there was no good restaurants near by this oyo. 6. further, this oyo is prioritising couples only, they didn't not bother about us. 7. at last very important: they charge extra money, not the money what oyo offers you on app or after discount. (at the same price few oyo's offer complementary breakfast) in conclusion i suggest anyone: if you are for examination opt some good reknowned oyo or any other at secunderabad and come to exam center by bus number 250 don't take this oyo. be wise be optimistic

First and foremost this hotel cheated and demanded extra money for an already booked and prepaid room, moreover he refused to give room which was already booked by me online I mean how can somebody possibly do that. In addition to all these miscreants, this hotel don't have a kitchen moreover they don't even have outsourcing of food, even if you need a cup tea or coffee it isn't available, I mean how pathetic is that. I will strongly suggest to avoid this hotel as they ask to prepay the money and when you reach the hotel you are caught in between the "Sea and the Devil"..

The price Was 450 but they Took 900 when i questioned them They told me they are not accepting Below 600 Rs What Is the use of having Vouchers and offers, And worst ever service No proper room No proper Reception, No water bottles No paper plates No soap No towel. Honestly My Rating is 1 out of 10.

I was really happy with the service. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they were always on hand to help me with anything I needed. The only downside was that there was no soap or towels in my room, but other than that it was a great stay!

Worst room service. Oyo support also too bad. Hotel management demanded and collected forcibly excess money from me. Oyo people also couldn't control them even after complaining. I have uninstalled Oyo app also. I don't want to book again in Oyo
