Hotel is good and at the right place. Rooms are good with all the standard requirements of cupboard,working table tea wifi. Number of mains sockets are appropriate. TV Works properly. Hot water available by inbuilt storage water heaters, dental kits, combs provide if you miss taking it. Dining area for breakfast and meals is on 1st floor. AC Works properly.

We did our baby cradle ceremony on 21st November in Srirasthu hall, and we opted for veg food. The ambiance of the hall is good and the service is very good. Right from the welcome drink and starters served were very good and tasty. The food is tasty, and my family and cousins liked the food. The staff is very friendly and fulfilled our request professionally. Without a doubt, this place is good for parties and events, and the food they serve is very good. I'd say the best place to celebrate among all the hotels and restaurants in that belt. Good collaboration with the decorators - Srinivas and photographers - Rajeev and his team which made our event more colorful.

I would rate -5 for the hospitality. If you do not take their in house decors. They would trouble you like anything. Food, Service, Manager and what not. Had worst experience ever doing our celebrations here.

Ambience and The food was great but the prices were high, for the price we spent here, other unlimited buffets are best for a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children. And try to pay via Zomato here, your bill amount will get some discount.

If you’re craving for Telangana food, then head towards Hotel Kass. Totally loved the spicy food here, especially chilli paneer and baby corn. For main course, do not miss out on cheese patiyala veg, with garlic naan. Can’t wait to try out other dishes. Must visit 💯

For a place with high prices, I expected better service. Asked for water while waiting for my takeaway, and they told me to drink tap water instead of providing a small bottled water. Disappointing!

Not as good as the pictures show it to be The rooms are dark and dingy as there are no windows or fans. So circulation is quite bad. The ACs are old and don't work great. There's also a weird smell in most of the rooms.

Worst experience we ever had in our life. Waste of time, waste of money. Food was very spicy and tasteless. Inspite of briefing them to serve less spicy, they didn't bother. Ambience is very poor. Staff behaviour is very bad and I will give zero rating for them. They are just looting people. Rude behaviour by all staff. This hotel should be closed. Very disappointed. If anyone wants to go with their family members, remember not to visit this hotel .
