Hotel O R Square

Very rude coustomer service, I went to meet my friend in daytime at 5pm who booked the room here for stay and was denied entry saying visitors not allowed even after asking them to take my entry details, and also will not be staying over night and just will talk to him for sometime! Such a pathetic place!

Stay away from this place, I reached the hotel at 2 AM, irrespective of making payment through the app much earlier, I was told that rooms are not available very casually by the hotel incharge and he went back to sleep without any remorse, OYO has become terrible and OYO customer care told me they can’t help much as rooms were not available in other OYOs and will refund my amount,
