Hotel SPG Grand

Room is standard with comfortable bed. Upkeep is not very good though. There were roaches in my room. Liquid handwash should be installed. Otherwise overall fine hotel. Service is good. Staff is helpful. Food was good.

I have been here for my colleagues wedding, the place is beautiful for small gatherings, the food was tasty and the service was top notch. The location is on the main road and easily accessible to everyone. I have known SPG since 6 years and it is famous for nonveg food, it is like a festival for non-vegetarians, of course I like veg but still I liked the food.

One of the worst restaurants in have been to. Yesterday I ordered schezwan friends rice, then after eating it in the middle a got a stone. I informed the staff, they took that stone and didn’t asked anything I called the manager and explained the thing what happened and still she has done nothing then I paid the bill so that I can write this review and tell the people about this. So that they would not get in this Worst Restaurant. Indeed, they gave me an 10% discount as it was their mistake, such a nice service and food they have claps 👏. I suggest never ever go to their restaurant ever. Even this is the last restaurant available in this planet do not go to this.

Soup is too good, Nice abience with healthy fruit punch,yummy biryani. Finally tasty dessert. Overall we all are satisfied with whole spg team, service as well as food.

Hotel SPG Grand in Kompally is a fantastic venue with ample space and multiple halls, making it perfect for hosting several events simultaneously. The staff is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious – every dish is full of flavor! Recommend it for any occasion!

I went there to have dinner with my mom. I have to appreciate the food was so good. They didn't even make us wait like an eternity to get our food, which was delicious and 5/5. If you're someone who loves their Biryani spicy, this is the place for you! The staff are also very friendly. Off-topic but the staff there also looked like they belong in Bollywood movies. Overall, amazing experience. Tysm, Team SPG Grand.

Because of change in my schedule I have to book late night flight so I requested at reception that I will do late check-out, For 2-3hrs late check-out they charge around 2500/-. I told them if room will be vacant then what's the issue then they told me we have to ask our seniors for it and till the check out time they didn't revert and called me directly for check-out at 12 o'clock.
