The hotel is extremely poorly maintained and unsafe. The structure appears flimsy, resembling cardboard boxes. The shower does not function properly, and they failed to provide drinking water. **It is particularly unsafe for females**, as there is a wine shop directly below the building. Accessing the lift requires walking through a dimly lit, underground parking lot, which feels dark and frightening. There is no proper reception area, and the service is very cheap and unprofessional. The so-called "manager" was highly uncooperative and refused to refund our payment despite only staying for one night out of the 10 days we had booked. The room was filthy, with bedbugs, linens were not washed and washrooms were not cleaned for years making it extremely unhygienic and unfit for stay. The manager's behavior was disrespectful and aggressive, dismissing our concerns rudely and arrogantly. He outright refused to provide a refund, stating, *"Go tell whoever you want; I’m not giving you anything back."* Overall, the experience was terrible, with pathetic rooms, unprofessional staff, and an unsafe environment.

The hotel is good and budget-friendly, making it a great option for long stays, especially for business travel. It's conveniently located near a bus stop with easy access to food options. I chose this place because it was close to my customer’s company, and it worked out well. Manager Gagan provided good support and will recommend.

Very bad experience. This is not a family hotel. It is has flats , and the rooms are given in that. The hotel was very unhygienic and the services provided was pathetic. I had asked for basics , it wasn't available. Also I had asked for room service to get a plate, I was asked to come to the reception and get one for self. The room was all humid and had smoke smell 24/7. The photo is very misguiding and the area is very bad. The Oyo entry is in the basement and is above a bar place.

Best service ever And maneger Mr.gagan ji was very nice guy I'm always stay in this hotel every month 10 to 15 days that's why I know where we'll about staff and all amenities

Bad rooms, with smoke smell. Not atall recommended for families or friends. The beds and mattresses are mostly broken and uncomfortable to sleep. The bathrooms leak and remain wet.

One of the worst Oyo hotels in Hyderabad. Very pathetic Rooms. Sealings are gone. Pathetic AC. Pathetic bed.
