OYO New Panchavati Residency Hotel

Totally dissatisfied I booked the ac room before coming to hotel and paid the full fare but during check in they directly denied they wont give ac room and said u may contact oyo but after paying full fare and booking earlier it took us 30min to walk into our room Kindly dont consider this hotel at any cost

I have been a customer to this almost 10 years. Staff are friendly. Daily room cleaning is available. Rooms are spacious. For AC and TV, Wi-Fi you need to ask in the reception. Lift is available. Price would be around 1500Rs for 2 persons. 400 Rs for extra bed. Overall good hotel to stay. 5 min walk to the railway station. Hotel Padmaja is good restaurant nearby.

Very near to Secunderabad railway station. Lots of food and marketing options are available nearby. Facilities in the room could be better towel was not available for first 2 days, bathroom accessories like shampoo conditioner can be given for the customers to become better.

It’s not provided 3 count bed as per selected more of after reaching showed two bed room which would be sufficient only for two members and was asked to pay extra. Was not happy to stay since he has already done the checkin without confirmation so have to stay and pay extra for another room which suits for 3 member . I would never recommend this kind behaviour hotels to any one. Was happy last time it was provided 3 member bed in the Sam hotel since considering goodwill but ended in disappointment this time and will never again in this hotel or in OYO trust broken on time.

Have stayed at Room 103 on 28th of October. Was extremely dirty and smelly (Not to forget the mosquitoes). You can literally find spit stains on the walls and everywhere else. The linens looked soiled and unwashed. Ran out of tap water during midnight. Despite complaints, the owner was least bothered to address them. The booking was made through OYO with a price of Rs.655 per night. But, the owner has collected Rs.1000 instead. Was promised a refund at the time of check-out. The next day while I was waiting for my Rapido; the owner made a drama as if he was looking around for the cash. In the end, I had to leave without a refund as I was running late for my appointment (all the hoopla is recorded in their CCTV). Although the owner promised to return the money through Google pay, I haven't received it till date. DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE.
