Super Townhouse Alwal Road

I stayed for 4 days and have mostly positive reviews to share. The pictures here are true to representation. For the price the stay was very comfortable. The staff was cooperative and respectful. There is a very tasty south indian restaurant just beside the hotel. The hotel is in a residential area and close to main road making it a safe and accessible stay. The cleanliness of the room can be improved upon. The bathroom was functional with hot water. It was a hassle free and a pleasant stay.

Very pathetic, no maintenance and clinliness, dirty bedsheets and toilets. Couldn't stay there, had to vacate immediately, lost money

I stayed here for 3 nights. Booked the hotel online through Oyo. Initial impressions were great. The room was clean and spacious. It was as described and I faced almost no problems. The AC worked well, the lighting was good and fan was working fine. The TV also worked but with only free channels. The telephone in my room didn't work but they have some alternative phone numbers so it wasn't a problem too. The staff was very good and responsive. The washroom was also clean and spacious. The shower also worked but the water pressure wasn't enough for it. Rest everything was great. The location is okay, most things are available nearby. The hotel was good value for money.

Worst experience reception person very rude and worst experience in rooms not maintained properly uncleaned rooms

Hotel location is good, but staff was rude. At the time of booking I was informed that car parking is available but while checkin they denied. After questioning they said it's your choice if you want to stay or not. Rude reply. Rooms were not that clean.

This review is for breakfast. The restaurant on the first floor has a superb ambince. But they lack big time in quality of food. We took the breakfast buffet today, the spread was going out of stock most of the time. The dosa we ordered was not upto the mark at all. You guys have a very big scope if you improve service and food.

The receptionist told us to cancel the booking and he will provide the room directly with the same price otherwise he won't accept the online payment it was shocking
