Treebo Pride Inn Botanica

I stayed at Treebo Pride Inn Botanica in Hyderabad on October 20, 2024, and was shocked to find cockroaches crawling out of the bread and around the breakfast counter. This was not only disgusting but a serious health hazard. Despite raising the issue with hotel management, there was no immediate action other than relocating me to another hotel, which did not compensate for the anxiety, stress, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, the lift was also malfunctioning, forcing me to carry my luggage up the stairs. I have photo and video evidence of both the cockroaches and the lift issues. Treebo’s management has been unresponsive to my complaints, even after following up multiple times. This complete disregard for guest safety and health standards is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel or trusting Treebo’s brand. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of basic hygiene and customer service!

Rooms are good and Value for money, but food is not good, breakfast options are limited and mostly taste blank.. Treebo standards are maintained in rooms but food experience could have been better.

The one who takes the food order in the hotel is very unprofessional. I placed the order at 8.5pm, and I kept on following up, but the guy who took my order forgot my room number even after following up with the same guy after one and half hours I have to cancell the order and went out for dinner.Treebo you need to work on the training part else you will loose customers for sure.

This hotel sets the standard for excellence in every aspect. The room cleaning is thorough, the staff's polite demeanor is refreshing, and the food is simply outstanding. A top-tier experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

An average experience during my stay. No dedicated parking space, had to park in the open street. Office is in 1st floor, therefore the ground floor lift is kept deactivated. Though rooms looks o.k. for family, wash rooms and amenities needs improvement (unexpected and 1st time from Treebo chain of hotels). Though they offer complimentary breakfast, but it didn't taste well (2 days stayed). I hope either the owner or Treebo would look into it.
