I stay at this hotel whenever I need to visit the office, as I work remotely most of the time. It's a peaceful and quiet place. The rooms are clean, and there’s no unpleasant smell or noise around, which makes for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi speed was consistently good, which helped me stay productive during my work hours. Room service was prompt and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free every time. Overall, it's a reliable and quiet place to stay.

I had booked one room last week. I booked the room through customer care. I wanted the room at 6 in the morning and the person who spoke to me said that i will get the room at the preferred time and he insisted me to pay advance amount and I paid. But after going to the location the people in charge there said that they had no information about my requirements and made me to pay more for the stay. When enquired about this in the customer care the lady said that there is no such facility to give early check in. And the location is also remote. Can’t stay with family. Also they don’t provide the information like hotel location and contract no. Of the property. Only after getting there we can know about the details. Very worst experience in my entire life. I suggest not to go to this group of hotels. You can get better options.

1.Hotel rooms should provide a secondary safety lock on the door inside that cannot be opened with a key, typically for guest privacy and security. This is a standard safety feature in hotels around the world. No bolt , no chain from inside . 2.Smoking smells horrible .Not sure why it is allowed in first place . can’t you control this 3.Additional charge ,if you pay by credit card which is not mentioned during the booking time. I personally don’t recommend for family guests with children

The stay was peaceful, no noise , No maintenance problem, . Ac was good The bathroom was also Okay Bed was clean Handwash was provided in room Towels were placed Overall it was Fantastic.

Booked this place due to the fact it was close to the Hyderabad US VAC. However, the rooms are tiny, the staff while friendly couldnt care less. They asked me for a cigarette as soon as they saw me smoking one. I asked for help switching on the Air Conditioning, they were busy washing a car but said they'd come by in 2 minutes, and then never showed up at all. The room had no towel. The bathroom was unclean and when I asked for a plate to eat off of, they gave me this dusty plastic piece. Finally, one the main reason for this booking was that the blurb on booking.com said they allowed late check out, and i called in advance to confirm this was true. During checkout I was told it was not possible and that I would need to pay 1/3rd more.

Fabhotels 27 is in prime location. Service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The rooms could be much cleaner. Overall very much satisfied and would be staying again in future
