Hotel O Ssr Luxury Rooms

Overall, my stay at the OYO hotel was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were some minor issues with noise from neighboring rooms, and the breakfast options were not there. Overall, it's a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.

Its a below average hotel. Calling bell was not working. No room service. Toilet flush was not working. No water supply early morning. No one picks the phone. Pump was turned off due to no water. I had to go and wake them up to restart it. Construction was going on in the upper flor at night. If you see the photos of the closet, you will cry. Room was small. You should not call it a luxury hotel unless it is your luxury standard. No breakfast or refreshments. Can buy water bottle from the reception. Reception failed to provide / explain clearly where this luxury hotel is! Local Auto driver called the hotel 3 times. Think twice before you choose it.

I had a good experience for the initially booked week and had rated 5 stars. But the last day of the stay made me change my rating to two. I had spoken in the morning that i would be staying one extra day and would be paying the additional amount in the evening. I was paying around Rs. 650 per day. The guy at the reception also agreed. In the middle of work, they call me and tell me that room is not available and i would have to go and vacate the room immediately. When i said i am at work and its not possible, they told me i would have to pay Rs. 1800 to keep the room. Having no other alternative, i had to agree. This was highly unprofessional and leaves me no other option than to edit my review.

Worst oyo room i booked. Rooms are not cleaned...washrum condition is like public toilets. Very worst experience, just using oyo name but not providing a single service. Highly not recommended to anyone.

Just ok if you are not interested in clean bed and washroom. Don't expect any service during stay. You will get used bed sheet and blankets. You won't get any service like cleaning or bed sheet change on day to day basis. Since it is cheap and near to main road, people prefer to stay overnight. Hope they learn and improve the service quality.

I haven't experienced anything positive there the bed cover and pillows were not clean and in bathroom geyser was not working. and wifi was too slow and for entertainment Tv with only regional channels . The service landline phone was not working to say my problems and those 2 stars are for the service boy who helped me to give a bucket of hot water from another room. And please check the room before making it available to your customers Sorry to say this but Google asked me the experience which i have experienced. I hope it will be better in my next stay.

Location more Mosquito and water leakage in bathroom. Service person not speak Telugu and English. If ask GST bill, he took 1 hour. Please change Utter Pradesh staff will help customers
