OYO 85841 Hotel Vibrant Golden Bay

Worse than ever . They don't care that you come from a very long distance and want to take rest so just give the room .. they just care for the money . They don't give rooms easily and don't care about you ... All they just want is money. Very rudeness I would suggest that please don't go for this if you are staying for a while in Hyderabad

Booked this hotel via booking.com. Reached at the check-in time to be denied a check-in. The reason given was 'We don't have any links with OYO anymore'. I explined the booking was via booking.com. He said 'oyo, booking, agoda... all same platform' and showed me his OYO app on the phone. And indeed the app said 'This property has been suspended for denying check-ins'. Bsically the same thing he was doing to me. The irony! I asked him if he can give me a room even if i have not booked and I was willing to pay cash. He made some exasperated noises and pointed to the app again. I was furious and walked out. Thankfully I got a room in a better hotel. And he had gall to mark me as a no show on Booking.com. I am convinced there's something shady happening at the 'hotel' there.
