Deccan Serai Hotel, HITEC CITY, HYDERABAD

One of the best hotels in High Tech City. They serve good variety of breakfast items and rooms were very clean. They were kind enough to provide room 1 hour before check in time. And also we paid for 2 adults + 1 child through agoda, but due to some technical error the receipt showed only for 2 adults. It was Agoda's mistake. Manager allowed us to stay in a room where 2 separate beds were provided. Generally they charge extra for 1 person which they didn't. And they were ready to provide extra bed for INR 1000 which they usually give it for 1500. Thanks Deccan Serai. It was wonderful stay and you treated us pretty well.

We booked executive room for two nights. We were allowed to check rooms before checkin. Rooms were neat and were cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast spread is very nice. Dinner at restaurant was good too. Over all it was comfortable stay and value for money. Added advantage is location and close to outer ring road.

The room was great, spacious, hygienic and comfortable. We had all amenities there. The food was also great in the restaurant. The buffe had variety of food items and was also hygienic. All the people are very nice and had great hospitality. Overall we had a great experience. Next time we will visit again.

We had our wedding reception at this hotel two years ago, and to relive those memories, we chose to book a stay here for New Year's Eve. Our overnight stay was pleasant, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn the following morning. We had hoped for a peaceful start to the new year, but by 8:30 AM, construction workers began drilling right outside our room. The noise and vibrations were so intense that we could both hear and feel the hammering. Despite reaching out to the front desk twice, requesting that the drilling be postponed until after guests had checked out, we were informed that it would not stop. We were told to simply endure the noise, which was extremely disappointing. What was meant to be a nostalgic visit to a hotel that once held special memories turned into a frustrating experience. The lack of respect for guests’ comfort, the disregard for their requests, and the overall lack of hospitality were evident. It was clear that our hard-earned money and experience were not valued. Given this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The bathrooms were spotless, and the daily maintenance was good, ensuring everything remained awesome. |Morning buffet provided here in this hotel is really good.

Very well maintained rooms. Excellent staff specially Abdul and Sumit at front desk they helped every way possible to make my entire stay comfortable. Food quality at the restaurant is another plus point. Breakfast with lots of varieties available. Though the hotel is a 3 star but the services and comfortness they had provided is like 5 star.

Great stay at a reasonable budget. Good food, very hospitable and responsive staff and a neat and comfortable place in the heart of Hitec City. A short walk away from Mindspace Social via convenient skywalks. Go across to ShilpaRaman which is just 2 km away if you stay here. The staff will arrange the ride.

I stayed at Deccan Serai Hotel for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. I was here for seven nights, and I have to say, the hospitality was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of choices each day. The staff truly made my stay enjoyable—they were all incredibly humble, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend Deccan Serai for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!
