FabHotel Pride Inn - Hotel in Madhapur, Hyderabad

We were moved here from another fab hotel called perams which was very shady but Pride Inn accommodated us at the last minute. Viplov from the reception did everything to make sure that we were settled comfortably. The room is very spacious and privacy is top notch. Washrooms were clean and necessary things like body wash, soaps, iron were provided. I would definitely suggest to book the pride inn hotel if you are going through FAB hotels' chain. Other fab hotels are very shady in the same area.

There is a person called Mukesh here who tells that there is early check-in concept that we can't book from app and he will charge 600 rs for that. But that's kind of some backside commission work. He will take that money of room is there. If no room is available, then he will betray you even if you book early. So don't fall in that trap and book through the app only.

Nice place to stay in Hyderabad room and bathroom are clean . And food is also good . Staff is also helpful

The room and service were very nice, but the location is difficult to reach during the rainy season, as a lot of water accumulates on the road leading to the hotel.

Very bad experience, even 11:40 AM checkin they are calculating early checkin and charge for that.

Overall good experience but we miss the welcome note and checkout note from your receptionist (No happy feelings while you check in nor during checkout). Food is tasty and for 11 nights I had to pay around 2500 for good usage of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Serving staff are good and courteous. 3 star hotel can be better , for those who stayed in 5 star will see a huge difference in some of the areas. Rooms are full of small cockroaches so keep your food items packed during sleep. Good things: Location Spacious room water heater Room service Parking Public accessibility (Metro, Bus stand) Bad things 1. Smoking smell though it’s written no smoking. 2. Expensive food menu 3. Lift gates are hard to open on 3rd floor - need more maintenance. 4. Better reception and better greeting to guests.

Not a good experience at all.We miss the welcome note and checkout note from the receptionist (i was shocked when they showed me the room. It is like a normal guesthouse room. Don't believe on the photos available on Google. They will miss lead you.). For 1 nights I had to pay around 1500 without Breakfast. Staff are not professional (In my room the washroom exhaust fan was not working. They take 30 hours to change it and i also asked for a disposable glass they never sent it). This is 0 Star hotel. 3 star hotel can be far far better than it. Those who stayed in 3 or 5 star will be in great trouble after booking there. Rooms are full of small cockroaches, Pillow covers was dirty and smelly, you will get dull cream colour walls all around, very boring & not good vibes. You will get good hotels in that area.
