Super Capital O Qualia Gachibowli

I recently stayed at Hotel Super Capital O Qualia, and my experience was, unfortunately, just average. The hotel itself is decent, with clean rooms and basic amenities. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Our check-in experience was particularly disappointing, Hotel receptionist, Vikas. He was rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay. Despite the hotel's potential, the unfriendly reception made us feel unvalued as guests. A more courteous and welcoming approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience. In summary, while Hotel Super Capital O Qualia has its positives, the subpar service and unwelcoming staff bring down its overall rating

I booked though booking.com and had high expectations for this hotel. Front desk doesn’t employee welcome their guest nor helped with any questions, he was on the phone all the time. Rooms was unclean and there was mark on bed sheet. Also bed bugs. This place is unorganized by whoever is running the business.

Most of the reviews could be fake because the manager literaly blackmailed me for giving review infront of him. First let me brief about the room I got - Room was having damp and it was smelling. TV was not working. Towels provided were not cleaned, when I asked to replace, the room service guy literally tried to replace it with another used towel kept in the laundary basket. I asked for early checkin and late checkout, for which I was charged 1500 additional, which is justified, but in return the manager asked to give good reviews on the last day otherwise he would ask me to book the entire day.

Apart from the hotel location , nothing is good, Room size is small - 12*14 feet including washroom. All rooms having queen bed, not a single room having two single beds. Most of the rooms having severe dump smell. Wardrobes not upto the mark. Small TV is provided. Wifi was ok. Bathroom was not clean and missing exhaust fan. Towel was old. AC was working great, room fans were clean. Lift is working fine. There is no kitchen in the hotel, so better to check with your booking partner, before giving advance. And even after your long stay, don't expect for late check-out. We have four rooms and we request to front desk, we will put all our luggage in one room and will do check-out at 12:30 instead of 11:00 am. His behaviour was like that , I have asked for his kidney. In our case we stayed for 6 day's, as full advance has been taken.

My stay at this hotel on January 1st, 2024, was a total worst. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted like he was doing us a favor by giving us a room. He even charged extra for checking in early, which was just greedy. and asks commission for his help and shows arrogance. The service was the worst I've ever experienced – dirty rooms, smelly bedding, reused water bottles, and a geyser that worked for only two minutesThey charged a crazy 1500 rupees for late or early check-ins. The TV didn't work at all. I strongly suggest they replace the receptionist. Don't be fooled by positive reviews; my experience was far from good. Avoid staying here.

The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, particularly during my request for an early check-in when he demanded an extra commission. The room itself was unacceptable, with visible stains on the bedsheets, a strong odor, and malfunctioning geysers that required repeated complaints to have them fixed. The outdated air conditioning barely functioned, and the TV was completely inoperable throughout my stay. Additionally, the charges for early check-in felt exploitative. While I understand late check-in fees are common, these additional charges were excessive and unreasonable. The overall lack of cleanliness, outdated equipment, and unprofessional service fell far short of basic expectations and significantly detracted from my experience. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations
