Terrible Experience - Unsafe Hotel (Photos Are Fake) 1. Booking Issue: We booked through OYO, but the receptionist told us to cancel it and book through their app because "OYO hasn’t paid them." This was very unprofessional and not our fault. 2. Unsafe and No Parking: After a 12-hour bike ride, we found there was no parking. They first said they would watch our bike through cameras, but after we paid, they said, "We are not responsible for your bike." This hotel is not safe at all. 3. Rude Staff: The receptionist was extremely rude and treated us badly, as if we didn’t matter. 4. Dirty Rooms and No Facilities: The room was dirty, the bedsheets had yellow stains, and the bathroom was filthy. There were mosquitoes everywhere. The AC and fan didn’t work, and the staff didn’t fix anything when we complained. There was no room service either. This hotel is unsafe, dirty, and poorly managed. Don’t believe the fake photos online. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!

Worst experience. Though I had a valid booking but they refused to allow check-in and demanded extra money which was more than the booking amount. Very unprofessional, harsh and hypocritical behaviour from the owner and receptionist. Not recommended ❌🚫

Worst ever. Front office staff is rude and harsh in behaving. Dont allow you to check in if you had paid on apps. Should be delisted from OYO and goibibo. Very unprofessional

Awesome excellent. But I was with family so experience was not bad. Smoking and some small small things should maintain and hope they will improve. Over all good.

It does not have any hospitality for customers, Careless response by front office staffs, it doesn't have any in house restaurant, either you have order it through app or you have to walk for around 2 km to find a good restaurant. Rooms are not at all clean, confined space and cleanliness is 0.

Hotel location and room was good. Little disappointed with the washroom. Washroom needs deep cleaning specially the walls

I had to pay additional money on top of what I already paid to oyo in full. As per the room manager it was a non refundable deal and he marked me check in and suggested me to pay additional amount or leave and raise dispute with OYO.

Not at all worth it. Staff were not good enough and rooms were not clean and hygienic. Arguments happened with the staff as to why the customer booked via oyo and not via hotel directly.
