I had the most wonderful experience at this Italian gem! The flavors were authentic, rich, and beautifully presented. Chef Navadeep’s and Sanjana culinary expertise truly shines through every dish – from the perfectly al dente pasta to the heavenly desert. Each bite felt like a journey to Italy!||A special shoutout to Urvashi, Tejas and Zoi whose warm and attentive service made the evening even more memorable.|They also gave birthday cake as I was celebrating my birthday which was very nice gesture by them.||This place is a perfect blend of great food, ambiance, and hospitality. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone craving a true Italian experience.

Excellent customer service , very well trained and polite staff. The hotel facilities are very well maintained.||Two aspects that werent so great were breakfast buffet - for the price charged its very limited and other 5 stars have a way bigger spread. Secondly due to its location, the hotel’s rooms facing the road have noise coming in even on high floors - metro and road traffic.

We stayed briefly at Trident Hyderabad in April. the hospitality was top notch. Since i was travelling with an infant all the staff right from the front desk to the restaurant were so accommodating! It started off with upgrading us to a beautiful suite room to make our stay more comfortable and then at the restaurants the chef’s obliged to make custom meals for my baby too! Everything was so well taken care off and we’re completely in awe of the hotel and it’s staff.i would highly recommend staying here and we’re so impressed that we always look for trident group of hotels wherever we travel !

I stayed at TRIDENT Hyderabad for long periods at different times. It is a perfect hotel with its location in the city, service quality and staff. All the staff try to make you feel like you are at home and they do it perfectly. There are great restaurants and bars in the hotel. You should try the original Italian pizzas at Tuscany restaurant. In addition, there are also unique flavors of the excellent Indian cuisine waiting to be discovered. Every day I spent here was wonderful. Now I have a house in Hyderabad and its name is TRIDENT HOTEL. Thank you very much for everything TRIDENT Hyderabad.

The place u would like to stay is trident in HYD. Excellent rooms and service is too par. Food was excellent and they really take care of u well. The only issue is it's next to the metro so I get train sound often. But worth visiting. Pick up and drop in the lobby is cramped because of the space issue. Gym is well maintained. U have a seperate cigar room well maintained. The room comes with all facilities. Well done team.

5-stars for overall, service and Property Trident is one of the best 5 star Hotels in Hyderabad. Centrally located in Hi-tech city well connected to all useful places within reach in 10 minutes Rooms are modern and well equipped with best in class furniture and fixtures to make stay absolutely comfortable and memorable. Breakfast is well spread with Noth Indian, south Indian and continental food. Timing is 7am till 10.30am. Hotel staffs are very helpful and courteous. In room dining has very good service but charge of tea and coffee is 354 plus taxes 🙄 Best for family and business trips. Overall very good 👍

Had plan to book a room at this hotel through MMT, but wanted to check will they provide extra bed for my elder son aged 14yr as they have policy that extra bed will be provide only for child aged between 8 to 12. When I called the reception to check on this, one of the lady in the reception said it will be provided extra bed on charged basis, then asked for the price then she connected the call to the reservation team where we were told that extra bed won’t be provided to 14yr child but need to take extra room for 14yr child as per there hotel policy child above 12yr is considered as adult. I just wanted to let you know that as per Indian Law of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act of 2000 defines a "child" as anyone under the age of 18. How could the hotel policy expect the child of 14years to sleep in a different room ? Or is the couple expected sleep in the two different rooms? What type of policy is this. This needs to be addressed.
