Wonderful and best place to stay in Kokapet Hyderabad. Great staff. Reception Mr. Rajkumar, support staff Mr. Raju , Mr. Raj, room keeping staff ... All are wonderful and polite. Food is excellent and inexpensive. Rooms as neat and clean. Will recommend this place because of everything including the amazing staff.

Pro s :Rooms are small, but clean. Hotel is also clean. Food is ok, not bad. Very near by to IT companies, esp GAR Info Rates are reasonable compared to other Business hotels Breakfast is not bad. Service is good. They talk hindi as well, and Room service is good Cons; Some rooms even have bed bugs. No proper place for vehicle parking.Need to park in outside dust Nothing available in surrounding properly. Not even single hotel. Food should be ordered in hotel or online You rarely get cabs from here. It takes lot of time to book autos especially. Looks like extension or kind of remote area.

Good hotel with value for money. The reception and helping staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms and the hotel are also very clean. It's a bit far from the main road hence you have to book the cabs a bit earlier than u want to depart. Apart from accessibility it's a good value for money.

I really appreciate the hotel service and accommodation provided by the Hotel Prime. The person who is receptionist(Raj Kumar) and receptionist (Raju) are always helpful and ready to assist anytime. Mr. Raj akumar and Raju thank you very much for giving such relentless service... You people are really great!

The hotel was DIRTY. the staff was rude, and offended my guest. The room was too small (photos are improved and the reality is completely different) the cables were exposed, No windows inside as a result the room looked more like a prison, the T.V. was not working. We are in India where we expect heat but the room had no fridge! When we visited the restaurant up on roof garden there were no umbrellas to protect us from the hot sun and there were only 2 DIRTY tables. The wi-fi was poor and was working only while we were in our room. if you try to make any a complaint at the staff of this hotel they will go mad and will revenge you. The manager want to sell excursions, taxi transfers, restaurant bookings and makes you feel uncomfortable with his aggressive marketing making you feel uncomfortable. The price of the excursions he was trying to sell was 4 times up. Same goes for taxi transfers. WASTY OF MONEY

It was nice place near to financial district (kokapet). Reasonable price. Rooms r good n well maintained.
