Lake view hotel

Every bed sheet and pillow cover is full of dirty stains. A very bad smell everywhere. It's never clear, that's understandable. Used condoms are lying around. They have no restaurant of their own. Very good behavior while entering but I could not imagine such misbehavior while exiting. There is a lot of useless staff here. And there is no one to go back too. There is absolutely no hotel. Not value for money. Room service is completely useless here. After so many problems when we wanted to leave the hotel, they directly told me to leave the room at night. We agree to vacate the room but they say no refund.We can't tell you how difficult that night was for us. My request to everyone is don't go to this hotel by mistake. Much better than lying on the pavement. There is a Grand Hotel next to this hotel with much better service. If you want, you can visit this hotel. The hotel staffs themselves abuse each other. Very dirty environment.

Worst Service. I used to work here. My salary has not been paid in one month. If I talked about going home, I would have been beaten up by the police. He used to keep the room closed by force. Somehow I escaped from there. They told me that we have bought the police. This hotel has not cleared tax (GST) for last one year. Only we, who have worked there, know how the hotel is run with money and bribes. If anyone gets a job from this hotel, no one should go to this hotel, they are not human beings, they are lower than animals. After calling well, you will not understand how it blackmails and forcibly hangs up unless you go there. How many guests are forced to collect extra money and make them sit down by intimidation. Everyone stay away from this hotel if you want to live life. All the staff from the owner of this hotel are uneducated person. I have all the proof regarding this hotel. I will present them to the court as necessary. They used to threaten me that they would hang me with the police if I went to protest.

The hotel is located in a nice location, around has many shops and supermarkets. The room has amenities such as TV, air conditioning, and water heater. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful, especially Ruhi and Siva. I've been here for 2 weeks and would have planned to stay longer if the hotel had quickly provided us with a refrigerator and a place to dry clothes.

Staying at lake view was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel right at home.🏡🏠🏡. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The culinary experience was a gastronomic journey, with delectable dishes that tantalized our taste buds🥙🥘🥗. The hotel's central location made it convenient because it was near to airport. HR Ruhi and her staff was very polite and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We found the geyser of allotted room was not working so Ruhi helped us immediately after we requested for another room. She took my complain seriously and handled the situation politely and smartly. The quick response from the hotel staff was impressive. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unforgettable stay in hyderabad.

Dirty hotel in Hyderabad. General Manager/ Owner Mr. Shiva's behavior is very bad. Repeatedly entered my room without my permission. Shiva is disturbing my wife and my daughter by calling her number repeatedly. Calling and proposing. The whole hotel is full of dirt. There is not enough water supply. Where the owner of this hotel says Shiva himself, how does he offer the guest with a personal number? After entering our hotel, I realised that it is a Oyo hotel. There are customers and ladies in every room. I warn everyone to think before coming to this hotel. Our booking was for 3 days, but we were forced to cancel from day one. However, they forcibly took two days' worth of money from us. Forced us to sit for a long time. They felt very helpless. Dirty stains on every bedsheet. It is clear to see that couples come. There are used condoms all over the stairs and floor. By no means is this hotel for family men. This hotel is so dirty that I can't even think about it. The danger we were in will be remembered for the rest of our lives.

My experience about this hotel is very bad. I booked online with 1200 rupees. When I went to check in, the hotel receptionist 'Shiva' said that the money I booked with is not the booking amount, that is, the advance. I have to pay another 2200 rupees to stay in this room. Otherwise I can't stay in this room. When I say give me my money back, I will move to another hotel. They refused to give that too. Then I contacted the customer care on my booking site and told them to call the local police station, then they obligingly canceled my booking. Finally apologized to me and offered me a separate room. But I refuse to stay in this hotel. No one will step into the trap of this hotel even by mistake. Everyone is a fraud here.

Terrible experience in this hotel. Shower tap gets broken with slightest touch, water leaks all over the washroom. We were forced to changed rooms, thereby losing the lake view that we were promised. Rooms are alright but staff cleanup is mediocre. Most of all, the electricity problem is atrocious. Electricity got cut nine times in the night, at 1 am to be exact. Hotel didn't even bother to use a backup generator. Simply terrible experience, couldn't even sleep. Only good thing is location next to airport. Highly recommend not to go here.
