Price/quality is exellent, nov '24 single room with fan 1100.⁹ My room was basic but big, had a simple shower but clean sheets & a helpfull friendly staff. Wifi on 1st floor works. Update, there where some cockroaches, and the staff sprayed them. But in a old block like this, full of restaurants, its a normal thing.

Fantastic stay at Green leaf!The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great amenities . Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Not even worth for one star, AC doesn't work properly, FAN sounds loudly, can't even enter washroom due to bad smell. Pillows were not washed. Kindly find some other Hotels for stay.
