Had a pleasant stay here with awesome service and breakfast. Thanks to the Staff for great service. Staff were very friendly and quick to address one tax invoice related request. Overall a great experience.

Pathetic hotel... Beware !! The photos of the rooms are very misleading. It is a very below average hotel. I booked the room at 11.30pm in the night as we reached late to Hyderabad & had to check out at 8am but unfortunately checked out within 4 hrs of check-in as the AC was not working, there was a pungent smell in the room, fan regulator was not working, TV was not working & washrooms were not clean. Had a very bad experience. I checked out at 3:15am in the night instead & requested for some return of the money due to this experience & not having the breakfast (although we paid Inclusive of breakfast) but the owner simply denied it which was even more worst.

The best service received. Staff abd manager Prasad Babu, Pritam are Very friendly and helpful. Hotel has its own restaurant and food is healthy and delicious. Support staff, specially Nikhil is a great guy. Provided Very prompt service. Near to US Fingerprint center . Would suggest to everyone coming for US finger print appointment.

One of the unprofessional hotel i have ever seen . After enquired about the price and reaching to the location and after done with our checkin process during the payment they have demanded extra money. And then due to this unprofessional action I have vacated the hotel immediately without staying !!

Avoid this hotel, - Stinky Rooms - Rats - Toilets not clean - People were drinking with open doors - Laundry not clean - Unhygienic Bed - There was a lot of activity outside the hotel during late hours tentamouting to security issues

I have stayed in this hotel for two weeks. The service and staff are really good. Even the complementary breakfast quality is good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for some short stay in Madhapur.

Very genuine feedback Dirty rooms Dirty bedsheets even after telling 3 times the staff did not come to change. There were spider webs around Room was stinking Flush was not working.
