Nice place to stay. Calm and confort. Lots of places for parking. I did not had any food. No comments on food. Reception was calm and helping . Only issues is tv is not working properly becasue tv was not connecting properly with wifi because of that dongle was not not working. Lift was available. Room was neat . All facilities in room was good. Ac was working properly. Bedsheet was clean . Good place to stay near airport. From airport 10 mins to stay

as for the Indian standard, it's good, the water from the boiler takes a long time to heat up but it's warm, foil on the mattresses under the sheet, but that's even better, the cleanliness varies, here it was clean, there's water in the rooms and toilet paper, we arrived late but they treated us to tangerines and apples and in the morning tea and chi coffee. the plus is definitely the internet access - finally something that works - 150mb/s. the minus is the thin door to the room, not soundproofed, you can hear sounds.

This is the 1st time I am staying in this hotel Pocket friendly rooms with good room service. All room services are available. Daily room cleaning. I stay here for weeks. Very safe environment and very cooperative staffs. 7 km distance from RGI Airport,

The hotel service and staff are not at all professional.. they lack in communication creates lot of miss understanding.. for 4 hours they took 2600rs from us.. initial when we asked the receptionist Salman at 3am Monday morning he told that we can stay still Tuesday morning, and in morning he changed his statements.. morning there is a lady in reception being very rude she don’t have any hotel management skills.. God knows why they keep such staffs.. seems like the reviews what is been given in google are fake.. staffs don’t have basic skills to behave with customers.. would never suggest anyone to this hotel..

Stayed at Hotel Vista for 2 days and my experience has been really good. Well maintained rooms and bathrooms and friendly staff. Overall a very good experience and would recommend it to everyone especially for people who are looking for a hotel around shamshabad and RGIA area.
