Dirty Rooms: Poor cleanliness, including unclean bedding and bathrooms.very small rooms. Uncomfortable Beds: Discomfort from worn-out or poorly maintained mattresses. Poor Service: Unfriendly or unhelpful staff, long wait times, or unresolved complaints. Noisy Environment: Excessive noise from outside or within the hotel affecting sleep. Inadequate Facilities: Broken or malfunctioning amenities, like air conditioning or Wi-Fi. Unsafe Conditions: Concerns about security or general safety of the property. After 9:30 am there is no complementary break fast. No response from the reception. My personal suggestion don't stay in this hotel. I have very bad experience in this hotel.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. After staying here for four days, my admin extended my booking for five more days. However, the hotel failed to coordinate with the travel agency and ended up hassling me for additional payment. The receptionist, Mohammad, was incredibly rude throughout this ordeal, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment and will certainly never recommend it to anyone. The customer service was abysmal, and the overall experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

I specifically came here to leave a review. On 18th August at night I ordered a Veg Biryani from OAK restaurant zone via Zomato. After having half of the biryani along with their curry in the next 2 hour's..my body had severe cramps, pain .. stomach ache. And by morning my condition got worse. I just got food poisoning from that food to this day I am suffering. Pathetic!!!!

Fantastic 😊 Towards 7 days stay was excellent the rooms are hygienic..I had booked offline with Mr.Babu as give us the best price..thank you sir for making the stay wonderful and the chicken biryani was great with the service... They're truly hardworking ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t go with the photos, that they have uploaded. Worst hotel I have visited till now, found cockroaches on entering the room, beds are broken, mattress are like rock. Toilets seats are broken, not even worth a penny. Don’t look at photos, all the fabricated or taken when new. Because now it’s not in the same condition walls are dirty. No towels no proper toiletries are there.

I reserved in this Hotel ELITE by SIGNATURE Group for 2 days with confirmation.On arriving to check-in, they send me to another Hotel PARK (by Signature) as they do not have rooms here.Went to Park,again they send me to go to Hotel ELITE (Signature Group). Very bad impression on first instant itself !

Only location is good . Reception attendant is not at all concerned about hospitality. Bellboy kept luggage outside hotel and left when I went for bringing my car. Rooms are very very small Bathroom also very very small. Bedsheets not clean. No ventilation in bathroom. Toilet seats are broken. Towel provided is only one. Poor service. Mosquitoes are found in lobby and rooms.

The hospitality is good before the staff and the ambience is quite decent but the biryani is not so good and the argument with the manager at pieces is a worse experience. But as we are regular costumes we visit twice in a week .may be due that the staff doesn't give us respect and we have to adjust for the food quality.
