NillPlease Don't take this hotel, No mobile network. you cant connect to your office outlook even with the WiFi they provided. Today I checked in there and within 30 mins I had to rush to office for work. not able to book cab even with their network, I booked cab after came out from that hotel. Room cleaning is OK. The response from hotel also not that good. they did not give even one hour early check in even though they had enough free rooms. As soon as I paid 300/-, immediately they gave room. till that time they said need to wait for room availability and early check in is not possible. what ever the good ratings they got must be manipulated ratings from their circle. I am again telling, if you go to this hotel, then you feel regret.

NillSubject: Avoid Platinum Nest (New Cyber Grand) , Horrible Experience with Abusive Reception Staff I'm writing this review to warn potential guests about my truly awful stay at what's listed online as Platinum Nest. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's behavior was nothing short of appalling. Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a barrage of condescending remarks and a clearly hostile attitude. It felt like they were actively trying to provoke us. Any question we asked was met with a sarcastic or dismissive response. The real issue, however, was the blatant attempt to force us into paying for an extra room. They nitpicked every detail of our booking, citing obscure and fabricated "rules" that conveniently required us to pay more. It was clear that this was a deliberate tactic to squeeze extra money out of us. We felt targeted and incredibly uncomfortable. The receptionist's tone was consistently rude and mean, bordering on aggressive. They seemed to relish in making us feel unwelcome and stressed. This wasn't just a case of poor customer service; it was a deliberate attempt to bully and intimidate us. Beyond the atrocious reception staff, I can't even comment on the rest of the hotel's amenities. The initial encounter was so unpleasant that we seriously considered leaving immediately. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Platinum Nest (or any other name they might be operating under) to look elsewhere. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a hotel where you'll be treated with respect.

NillBooked from make my trip in the name of platinum near and On the name of cyber grand hotel they will allot the rooms, the reception guy don't even say s or no to your queries, they won't even supply t or coffee if ordered n says lame excuses like no people or no shops near by, worst customer service , they won't provide plates n water even within time , when ask to clean the room to a guy who is cleaning the corridor, he recklessly says inform to reception and the person in reception is really disgusting n not to listen to our phones calls n they off the lift n after repeated queries they will on it , won't allow deliveries n in guidelines said won't allow liquor but in the dustbin of corridor I found the bottles n not at all recommended for families n decemt people.theu don't even know the meaning of hospitality n customer service ....not at all recommended , they will charge half day price for early checkin .....worst experience n hoghly not recommended, simply diverting to other worst hotels after calling to this given number ...had a terribly bad experience

NillI had an absolutely terrible experience at Cybergrand Hotel. Unsafe for womens here .The staff have no common sense when it comes to customer service. They act more like hostel wardens than people in the hospitality industry. I initially booked through goibibo, and everything was confirmed, but then they demanded extra money upon arrival. It was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. To top it off, the rooms had a strong cigarette smell, which made the stay even worse. The hotel’s rules and behavior are atrocious and ugly. Definitely not recommended! I would say big no for it.
