Waste hotel , don’t ever book it , the staff is so rude and the rooms are not as shown in the picture. We lost one of belongings there and when we asked in reverse they were shouting on us . Waste management and waste hotel

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!! Had a really bad experience, the hotel staff is not at all cooperative, the hotel demands for extra money apart from the price shown in the app , the receptionist is very rude and mannerless person and doesn't co-operate. The hotel room is not so good , blankets and bedsheets are torn, cockroaches are found in the room , very frequent power cuts , low sanitation and poor facilities. Even if you are planning to stay for a short duration , i would recommend you to look for some other hotel but not this one.

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service* I would not recommend this hotel for families. Our experience was subpar due to several issues. The hotel staff failed to change the blankets and pillowcases regularly, and the bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant odor. We also found stains on the blankets and bedsheets. To make matters worse, when the electricity was out, the generators kicked in, but the AC and water heaters didn't work, forcing us to take a cold shower at 4 AM. The entire exterior of the hotel also smelled of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, I booked through booking.com, and their customer care service was unhelpful. After explaining the above issues, they insisted I either stay at the hotel or cancel my booking and lose 80% of my total payment. This was unacceptable. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and the poor customer service only added to our frustration. I would advise others to consider alternative options.

Horrible Experience - Avoid Agoda and This Hotel! I booked a room through Agoda, expecting a smooth experience. When I arrived, the hotel denied my booking, even though it was confirmed on Agoda, and demanded I book directly for more than double the price! The staff was rude and unprofessional, offering no help. They even tried to charge extra for early check-in, which wasn’t mentioned. I was left stranded, wasting time and energy searching for new accommodation. This experience was stressful and frustrating. I felt deceived by both Agoda and the hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Pathetic place with rude staff. They charged an extra 500 INR mentioning that they are overbooked and asked me to cancel the booking if I'm not paying the additional charges. But we booked the room one week ago with full payment. The washroom is full of cockroaches and upon giving various intimation no one came and clean the room. There is not enough lighting and ventilation in the room as well. I would give a 0 rating to this place if there would be any option. The pictures you are seeing in the Oyo app are not real. It seems like a shady place where boys and girls come and drink alcohol with open doors and the staff is okay about it saying that you can close your door. Whomsoever is coming with family, I would not recommend this hotel for you.

Front desk did not honor reservation & rate quoted by oyo website that I had booked through. He was like-- sir, I cannot give you room with this rate, you need to call OYO customer care?
