OYO 27022 Akshaya

Worst behaviour from the staff when I have asked for a room change on 24th August 2023 as the beddsheet provided was not clean and toilet seat also was dirty. They said no other rooms were available and forced me to stay in the same room. I had no option as it was booked from my company and I was sick as well. But I have vacated the hotel the very next days. Photos of dirty closet and rusty wash basin pipe is attached.

1) Rooms are spacious, sufficiently clean and have wardrobes;you'll have to get your hangers 2) bathrooms don't have showers! Also no geyser. But hot water was available on. Most times iv wanted 3) tv is non smart with old style cable, with no useful subscriptions. 4) cellar parking for vehicles is good 5) has lift for upper floors 6) rooms are unlocked with key card 7) swiggy/zomato deliveries are possible to your respective rooms 8) location is on the outskirts, and construction is going on there, so it's a mess

Beware before booking this hotel Lots of mosquitoes and insects in room and toilets. Very small room but too cost, not worth. No response from hotel reception. No restaurant at hotel No drinking water facility They arrange complementary breakfast at outside local hotel You will not get response from reception side. Intercom also disabled. Simply you will get room that's. My best advice, any small lodge in Karimnagar is better than Akshaya.

Don't accomodate this hotel, there alots of people are coming for booze it and illegal activity, even staff were involve in wrong doings. They are drinking alcohol and no security guard at door. Rooms are locked through automatic lock system, all doors were able to open with any number card. they don't have manual door lock (kundi) from inside. i left hotel overnight at 12.30 after watching all issues. it looks good from outside but nothing safe from inside specially for family.

Very clean hygienic and spacious rooms..not far from city Closed by most city points like parks dam cable bridge.Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely think this review will help you make the right Choice 👍🏻👍🏻

Worst hotel not worthy to stay, I see toilets were not cleaned properly, seat cover sticks, stinks, but room, bed and AC is good, small TV, non working cupboard, smelly restaurant for breakfast, laundry available on call but get the clothes after 36 hours, no choice complimentary breakfast has flat idly, very spicy chutney if you have it the whole day your stomach will give some trouble. Chinese items are good ordered in room. Checked out in one day I found good choice as budget hotel near Karimnagar busstand.

It's located near NTR statue and visible from there. Has a good ambience and nice serving options, good to go for veg as well as non veg people. Hotel had clean and comfy room, with good options.
