Hotel Maitri Residency A Business Hotel

I am saying 2 Days in hotel, but worst service. I am going to office work morning 10.30am, room lock handover in reception for room cleaning. I came back evening 4.30pm, one is not cleaned room. Complaint given to manger also, he is not take action, and he is told check out before 5.00pm. I am never expected this type service. Dear Management look out this issue, your hotel reputation is going to spoiling this type of service.

I booked this hotel based on reviews, only to wake up and find that my belongings had been nibbled on by a mouse or rat! 🐭😱 To top it off, I saw a huge rat scurrying around my room the next night! 🐀💨 When I reported it to the reception, they didn't seem to take it seriously or even apologize. 😤|NO BATH TOWELS|NO TOOTH BRUSH|NO SLIPOERS|NO FOITMAT||Unhygienic and unprofessional! 🚫🏨 #UnhappyHotelGuest #PestProblem #DisappointedTraveler

One of the worst room provided. Even a general lodge is better than this. Rooms were too old with no maintenance. Bedsheets are very old. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

+ Clean Rooms + Friendly staff + Tasty food - Had to ask for toilet paper and water on the room a few times

Now the hotel is under renovation, but the rooms are neat and clean. Service is good. It's in prime location is an added advantage.

Clean and spacious rooms with good quality food. Ample parking space with valet facility available.
