Taksh (Orchid Hotel)

Such a worst food -Biryani, Greaves , Starters I need had before. Irresponsible management (Staff), order delivery will b more than an half n hour, if v order a food in the middle we have 2 wait again 1/2hr . seriously it's a worst food. Am not posting this review blindly. V know that review is more important to a new customer for them it's very usely , y 2 waste our money in a bad place. Worthless restaurant. One star is more than enough..

Tried Ulavacharu Biryani here .... good taste. Other Biryanis and starters too were good. The restaurant is descent and neat. A must visit restaurant in Khammam. The staff too were cordial. Good place to go with your family. The fried rice too was good. The quantity served as well is decent enough. It’s very hygienic and well maintained. It has good parking space to park your car as well.

Absolutely a ridiculous hotel, its time for the management to over look the services offered. They are charging 2,500 + tax per day but, it is worthless paying that much amount. They say complimentary breakfast but, no buffet system and whatever you ask either you get the answer that it is not available or it doesn't come under complimentary, no fresh juices, no egg or omelette, no bread, butter items. Room size is big but, they have fixed 0.5 or 1 tonne AC, even after running the AC for 6 hours room temperature doesn't go down, AC remote is not in working condition. There are no toiletries like body lotion, shower cap. They have fixed a 3 or 5 litre water heater so, do not expect a long and good hot water shower, no hair drier, no fridge in the room. Don't know why are they charging so high when there are hotels in the same city which provides all these amenities and charge within Rs.2000. Over all a very disappointing hotel for the amount they charge. Requesting the hotel's higher officials to stay for one or two days in their own hotel and let them give the review from their bottom of their heart.

Tasty food. Quick service.humble receiving .reasonable price. But limited seating. So better to have prior reservation if U plan to visit after 8 pm. Individual rooms facility , takeaway facility,valet parking available

In this restaurant have a good service and cleanness was awesome. Good music system in inside the restaurant. Order was very quick and different types of verity and also ice cream available . It’s very near to RTA office and NTR circle road.

Worst experience ... ordered for curd rice ... It's like ...OMG can't even explain... Then I asked one of the waiter and he called his superior... He explained me ... May be you don't know sir/madam ... This curd rice is super .... Ridiculous explanation ....

This hotel is very very bad The rooms are nonsense Bathroom doors can't close No power back Three to four hours I was in room with no power No parking No food after 11 pm if u are hungry Breakfast only after 7.30 and only idli available Take it or leave it This is my worst experience These people are unfit to be in service industry

Been here today and experienced pathetic taste of food.. interestingly even after complaining the food. Waiter is refused take back the food and forced to eat us and try to convince us.||Final verdict: Please don't visit it again
